- Coordinate content creation, campaigns, events, and outreach across teams to ensure integration.
- Measure, report, and recommend adjustments to continually improve pipeline performance, win rates, and retention.
Traits That Catch Our Eye

- Organized: skilled at prioritizing and orchestrating many moving parts into a unified system.
- Data-driven: balances relational instincts with metrics and insights to guide strategy and action.
- Curious and resourceful: eager to learn, teach, and adapt best practices in real time.
Mandatory Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in RevOps or related roles (sales, marketing, or BD).
- Familiarity with CRM platform integration and management.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional efforts and deliver measurable growth results.

About McKee Wallwork
For almost three decades, we have used marketing principles to solve complex business problems. From our experience working with blue chip clients to smaller family-owned organizations, we have learned that the best intelligence one needs to solve any challenge begins with one's own understanding of who they are. It’s what we’ve built our practice around. It’s what we mean when we say we help organizations become who they were designed to be.
Today, more agents are vying to steer an organization toward their own agendas. Owners must navigate endless opinions on who to hire, what processes and products to offer, who the customer should be, what is the right political affiliation, and on and on. And the pressures aren’t just external. Internal dynamics compounds the noise making it more and more difficult to find the signal. That is why we have developed a well-vetted team of bright and creative thinkers and doers to work alongside clients to solve their intractable problems. Sounds fun?
