Running a company means making calls nobody else can make for you. Most leaders don't have a room where they can say what's actually happening and get real, useful pushback or perspective.
That's what this is. A small, hand-picked group of leaders meeting four times this fall to work through what's real in their businesses. No easy answers. Just honest conversation with people who have been where you’re standing.
You'll leave with sharper thinking, a few relationships worth keeping, and a copy of The Rebuilders to keep the conversation going.
